Morning: Excursion to Elephanta Caves (closed to public on Mondays) - Are a complex of ancient cave temples on an Island, an hour-long ferry ride from Gateway of India is designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987. Elephanta Island is not only a worthy destination in itself, it also provides a great view of Mumbai's skyline and an escape from the chaos of the city, is quiet and picturesque, with light-green foliage and monkeys scampering about.
Afternoon: Proceed on City Tour. Visit Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya earlier known as Prince of Wales Museum . It is located in the heart of South Mumbai near the Gateway of India. Drive pass The Gateway of India - Built to commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary to Bombay, prior to the Darbar in Delhi in December 1911. Dhobi Ghat - Dhobis (washer men) usually run door to door collecting dirty linen from households. After a day or two, they return the linen washed, sometimes starched and ironed. and Mani Bhawan - Is a simple old-style, two storied building on Laburnum Road. Whenever Gandhi Ji was in Mumbai between (1917 to 1934), he stayed here. It is now converted into a museum and research centre.

Morning: Visit to the City Palace - A blend of Medieval European and Chinese architecture, the Palace complex has a number of remarkable buildings of immense beauty, gardens and fountains, well planned and finely executed over the years. Also visit Museum, Sahelion-ki Bari - a Garden designed in the early 18th century purely as a pleasure garden, Jagdish Temple - Built by Maharana Jagat Singh I in 1651 the temple enshrines a black stone image of Lord Vishnu.
Also enjoy an Auto rickshaw ride in the Bazaar of Udaipur. Experience the adventure of James Bond in these narrow lanes (The James Bond movie “OCCTOPUSSY” was shot in these narrow sub lanes).

Later, depart Udaipur by surface for Rohetgarh. En-route visiting the Famous Jain Temple at Ranakapur. (Opens to public at 12h00) - Is dedicated to Adinatha. Light colored marble is used for construction of the grand temple. Over 1444 marble pillars, carved in exquisite detail, support the temple. The pillars are all differently carved and no two pillars are the same. It is also said that it is impossible to count the pillars. Also, all the statues face one or the other statue. The temple is designed as Chaumukha - with four faces. The construction of the Temple and quadrupled image symbolize the Tirthankaras conquest of the four cardinal directions and hence the cosmos.
Later, continue by road to Rohetgarh – The deserted city was the home of the descendants of the 16th century Rathore of the Champawat clan, Thakur Dalpat Singh I.

Later, continue by road to Jodhpur – History revolves around the Rathore Clan Rao Jodha, The chief of the Rathore clan, is credited with the origin of Jodhpur.

Afternoon : Visit the Magnificent Fort of Mehrangarh - One of the colossal and majestic forts of India is located atop a 150 m elevated hill, was built by Rao Jodha in 1459 when he transferred his capital from Mandore. Subsequently more additions were made by the other rulers of Jodhpur with passing time. The marks of canon balls from the past skirmishes are still prominent on the second gate of the fortress.
The fort has 68-ft wide and 117-ft elevated walls which overlook the surrounding plain and has seven gates. The most famous among them is the Jayapol (meaning victory). This gate was constructed by Maharaja Man Singh to celebrate his triumph over the armies of Jaipur and Bikaner. Another gate- Fattehpol also meaning victory gate was raised by Maharaja Ajit Singh to commemorate the defeat of the Mughals.
Later, visit Jaswant Thada – It is royal cenotaph made up of white marble. It was built to commemorate Maharaja Jaswant Singh. Some rare portraits of the former rulers of Jodhpur are also displayed here.
Evening: visit the Local bazaar (Market) area of Jodhpur at the Clock Tower (Ghanta Ghar) which has kept alive the old haat bazaar culture called Sardar Market lies bang in the city centre.

Afternoon: Proceed to Manwar/Dechu - The area of Shergarh consists of a number of desert villages located in the heart of sand dune country. Predominantly inhabited by Rajputs, this desert area has a rich legacy of generations engaged in pursuits that this region is famous for - incredible valour and martial excellence on the battlefield. It’s almost a sort of unwritten code of honour that most families of Shergarh send at least one young male to join the Indian Armed Forces and Paramilitary Forces. If it’s any yardstick of measuring supremacy on the scale of courage, Shergarh nurses the maximum number of war widows with a sense of quiet fortitude.

Evening: Enjoy the sun set on camel back. Camels are symbolic of the desert and an integral part of life in the Thar desert.

Afternoon : Visit the Jaisalmer Fort - Also known as “SONAR QUILA”, rising from the sand, the mega structure merges with the golden hues of the desert ambience and the setting suns in its most colorful shades gives it a fairy tale look.
Later visit the Patwon-Ki Haveli, one of the largest Haveli’s (House of Nobility) of the city, & Nathmal Ji Ki Haveli.
Evening: Visit Gadi Sagar Lake and closer to sunset, visit to Cenotaph or “chhatris” of the royal family of Jaisalmer, are worth a visit to marvel at the intricate carvings and the effort taken to build them.

Later, continue by road to Khimsar - Is a small hamlet, situated on the edge of the Thar Desert, this village encompasses a water body in the centre, making it an oasis in the desert.

Later, continue by road to Jaipur, en-route visiting the Nagaur Fort – The fourth century mud fort, built by the Nagavanshis, was re-built in stone by Mohammed Bahlim, Governor of the Ghaznivites, in the early twelfth century, over the mound of the ancient mud fort.
Later, continue on your drive to Jaipur or the City of Victory, was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II and is a well planned city of magnificent palaces and building, built from rose-colored terra cotta, it has given it the name 'Pink City'.

Morning: Excursion to Amber Fort. The best part of this tourist attraction situated on a crafty hill, is the royal Elephant ride to ascend the fort (Elephant ride is subject to availability of Elephants or else by jeep).

Later visit to the City Palace – Located in the heart of the walled city, The Palace Complex gives you an idea about the farsightedness of the founder of Jaipur Sawai Jai Singh. He left behind a legacy of some of the most imposing and magnificent architecture, art and craft structure in the city. The palace is a blend of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture and the royal family still lives in a part of the palace. The building now forms the Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum and on display here are a wide array of royal costumes, some very exquisite and precious Pashmina (Kashmiri) Shawls, Benaras silk saris, Sanganeri prints and folk embroidery. An unusual display is that of voluminous clothes worn by Maharaja Sawai Madho Singh I.
Observatory – One of the five observatories in India. Built by Sawai Jai Singh, this is one of the largest and the best preserved. A passionate hobby of the king in the field of Astronomy, numerology, in sighted him to execute this observatory and with the help of skilled laborer’s, they managed to create a collection of complex astronomical instruments chiseled out of stone and most of which continues to provide accurate information to this day. The most striking instrument is the Brihat Samrat yantra Sundial, an imposing yellow edifice to the far right of the observatory complex which has a 27m high gnomon arm set at an angle of 27degree.The shadow this casts moves up to 4m in an hour, and aids in the calculation of local and meridian pass time and various attributes of the heavenly bodies, including declination the angular distance of a heavenly body from the celestial equator and altitude.

Morning: Sightseeing Tour of Old Delhi. Visit Jama Masjid - Is the largest mosque in India. The Jama Masjid stands across the road in front of the Red Fort. Built between 1644 and 1658, and is one of the last architectural works of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Enjoy a Rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk - The bustling and colorful market of the old city.
Photo stop at India Gate - Bears immense historical significance. A 42 meter high gateway built in red stone and granite the India Gate was planned by Sir Edwin Lutyen the architect who laid out the plan for Delhi. Presidents House or “Rashtrapati Bhawan” - During the famous Delhi Durbar of the 1911 A.D.
Afternoon: Sightseeing tour of New Delhi. Visit Humayun Tomb - The tomb of Humayun was built by the orders of Hamida Banu Begum, Humayun's widow, starting in 1562. It took 8 years to build and had a Chahr Bagh Garden style in its design, the first of its kind in the region And Qutub Minar - Inspired by the Minaret of Jam in Afghanistan and wishing to surpass it, Qutub-ud-din Aibak, the first Muslim ruler of Delhi, commenced construction of the Qutub Minar in 1193.The Qutub Minar is 72.5 meters high (237.8 ft) with 399 steps leading to the top.
